wines, artisan chocolates and an upscale silent
auction...

To whet your appetite
a sample of food offerings: regional Italian crostinis
and bruschettas, piave vecchio, Italian truffle and
Iberico cheeses with quince and figs, specialty herbal
olive oil dips, tapenades, full charcuterie platters,
porcini pastas, caprese salads and on and on...
Wines of Distinction
 On
this, the longest day of the year, and the week of
the full moon, the patio will be open to summer
breezes and tasting 25 hand-picked wines by Michael
Sautkulis of Merritt Wines. Some of the featured
wines will include fragrant tempranillos, deep ruby
pinot noirs, bright sauvignons, aromatic zins,
prosecco, vin santo, and many more.... Delightful Decadence
 Fritz Knipschildt, famed
chocolatier of Chocopologie, was recognized by
Forbes Magazine for creating "the most expensive
chocolate in the world", a rare French Perigord
truffle: $250!! He will offer us sublime tastings of
many of his original artisan chocolates and
confections...

Tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased on-line
NOW using PayPal for credit or debit cards. Checks made
out to SCA can be mailed to: Eleanor Sasso, 70 Musket
Ridge Rd., Wilton, 06897; be sure to include your name
and email.The deadline is June 15th. There will be no
tickets sold at the door. A confirmation will be emailed
to you on receiving your payment and your ticket will be
waiting at the door when we welcome you. We look forward
